Lendora

Loan tracker app

Track every loan EMI, balance, and hidden charge in one place.

Track personal, home, and business loans in one place. Lendora calculates EMIs, records payments, flags hidden charges, and reminds you before due dates. Built for people and small lenders who need clear due dates, payment history, and the real cost of a loan.

Why use a loan tracker

Bank apps show one loan at a time. Lendora shows the full picture: personal loans, home loans, EMIs, processing fees, and what you still owe.

Loan and EMI tracker

See principal, interest rate, tenure, EMI date, and outstanding balance for every loan in one workspace.

Reducing-balance EMI math

Lendora uses the standard EMI formula on sanctioned principal so your schedule matches how banks actually charge interest.

Hidden charges in plain rupees

Processing fee, documentation charges, GST, prepayment, and foreclosure costs sit next to the loan so the true cost is visible before you borrow or close early.

Payments and documents

Record EMIs as you pay them, keep sanction letters and statements with the loan, and keep an audit-friendly history.

Due-date reminders

Get notified before an EMI is due so a missed payment does not turn into penalty interest.

Compare and foreclosure views

Compare offers side by side and estimate what it costs to prepay or foreclose under typical bank rules.

Frequently asked questions

What is a loan tracker?

A loan tracker is a workspace that stores each loan’s amount, interest rate, tenure, EMI, payments, and remaining balance so you always know what you owe — without opening every bank app.

How does Lendora calculate EMI?

For reducing-balance loans, EMI uses the standard formula EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1), where P is sanctioned principal, r is monthly interest rate, and n is tenure in months. Processing fee is treated as a disbursement deduction, not added into EMI.

Can I track personal, home, and other loans together?

Yes. Add personal, home, vehicle, education, or custom loan types in the same account. Each loan keeps its own bank, EMI day, charges, and documents.

Does Lendora store the file I use to fill a loan form?

No. On Add loan → Upload file, the file is read in your browser only to extract details into the form. It is not uploaded or saved as a document.

Is Lendora free?

You can create an account and track loans at no charge while the product is in open preview. Pricing may change later; this site will show current plans on the Pricing page.

Is my loan data private?

Each workspace is isolated. With Supabase connected, row-level security keeps your loans, payments, and documents visible only to your signed-in account.
