EMI tracker
Track every EMI date, amount, and remaining balance.
Lendora calculates reducing-balance EMI from principal, annual rate, and tenure, then lets you record the EMI your bank actually charges.
How EMI is calculated
For reducing-balance loans the formula is EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1). P is the sanctioned loan amount, r is the monthly rate (APR ÷ 12 ÷ 100), and n is tenure in months.
Processing fee is deducted from what you receive. It does not change that EMI unless you choose to type your bank’s EMI separately.
Keep payments next to the schedule
Mark EMIs as paid, attach a receipt if you want, and watch outstanding principal fall. Pair this with the loan tracker so interest rate, bank, and charges live on the same record.
